📍 Location: Muskoka Region (Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, and surrounding areas)
🕐 Position Type: Part-time and full-time roles available
💡 Start Date: Flexible — Fall 2025
💼 Wage: based on experience, qualifications, and caseload

We are looking for dedicated, curious, and caring Instructor Therapists to join our growing Muskoka team.

🧠 What You'll Do

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a home, virtual, or (eventually) clinic setting

  • Work under supervision of a BCBA or RBA to implement individualized programs

  • Collect and maintain accurate data on learner progress

  • Participate in regular team meetings and clinical training

  • Collaborate with families in a respectful, strengths-based way

  • Help us build a warm, inclusive, and fun learning environment

✔️ What We're Looking For

  • A diploma or degree in Psychology, Child & Youth Care, ECE, or related field

  • Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental differences

  • Strong communication, patience, and empathy

  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

  • CPR/First Aid certification and clear Vulnerable Sector Check
