We are looking for dedicated, curious, and caring Instructor Therapists to join our growing Muskoka team.

🧠 What You'll Do

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a home, virtual, or (eventually) clinic setting
Work under supervision of a BCBA or RBA to implement individualized programs
Collect and maintain accurate data on learner progress
Participate in regular team meetings and clinical training
Collaborate with families in a respectful, strengths-based way
Help us build a warm, inclusive, and fun learning environment

✔️ What We're Looking For

A diploma or degree in Psychology, Child & Youth Care, ECE, or related field
Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
Strong communication, patience, and empathy
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
CPR/First Aid certification and clear Vulnerable Sector Check
