Langtree Custom Builds is looking for carpenters who share quality, safety and sufficiency as their core values in the work they deliver. Over the past 10 years, Langtree Custom Builds has created and maintained a great network of loyal clients that keeps us growing and stay busy with always ongoing projects!

Position: Full-time Carpenter
Hourly wage: $30.00-$45.00 (based on performance and experience)
Location: Within an hour from Gravenhurst
Perks: Paid breaks and Teambuilding events

What we offer:

Our projects are from start to finish so we have a big variety of work to offer. Job duties will include, but not limited to,

• Demolition
• Foundations
• Framing
• Drywall
• Working at heights (siding, roofing etc.)
• Finished carpentry
• Tiling
• Painting
• Property maintenance
• Decks, crib and/or floating docks
• Landscaping
• Hardscaping

Required skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Reading blueprints and work accordingly
• Great leadership and motivated
• Reliable and sufficient on the job-site
