Muskoka Lumber is more than a lumber yard — we are a full-service building materials supplier with 3 mills, a finishing shop, and a dedicated window sales and installation team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service across Muskoka.
We are currently seeking an experienced Window Installer to join our installation crew. This role is ideal for someone with several years of hands-on experience in construction or installation who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well on a team, and is eager to contribute to high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Window Installer at Muskoka Lumber, you’ll work directly with the installation team to deliver quality projects on time and with precision.
- Install windows and doors to high-quality standards
- Safely transport and handle windows, doors, and materials
- Read and follow installation instructions, plans, and specifications
- Apply appropriate sealing products and finishing techniques
- Maintain clean and organized worksites, equipment, and vehicles
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors
- Support other tasks as required by the Installation Lead or Senior Installer
What You Bring:
At Muskoka Lumber, we’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to get the job done right, while working as a dependable member of the team. Required skills, abilities, and attributes:
- 3–5 years of experience in window and/or door installation
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation to Port Carling
- Safety-conscious, with CSA-approved work boots and PPE
