Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our Bracebridge team at Fanotech Manufacturing Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality equipment that meets industry standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and plasma cutting to join metal parts.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and fabrication processes.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in fabrication.
• Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
