Job Description
Marshall Well Drilling is seeking a reliable and motivated Submersible Pump Technician to join our team in Emsdale, Ontario. This role involves hands-on work supporting pump installations, well services, and equipment maintenance while working alongside a licensed technician.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a mini excavator

Assist with new and retrofit submersible pump installations

Support well abandonments, flow rate testing, sampling, and inspections

Perform safety checks on vehicles and equipment

Complete maintenance on vehicles and floats

Work closely with a licensed technician holding MOECP Class 1 certification in well drilling and pump installation

Obtain a DZ licence if not already licensed
Qualifications

Plumbing and electrical experience is considered an asset

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Ability to work long shifts in a physically demanding, outdoor environment

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Schedule

Monday to Friday

10 to 12-hour shifts
