The Store Manager demonstrates an innovative approach to achieving objectives established by Lemonwood Luxury Group Inc. You will accomplish this by motivating, training, and developing the team members to provide outstanding customer service. You collaborate with the Director of Operations and Company President on setting and achieving team-specific goals. You will perform the following duties and such other duties as may be delegated and assigned to you from time to time.

Financial
• Strives to achieve all financial objectives such as, sales targets, wage costs, shrink/loss prevention, and store costs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets together with your staff.

Customer Service
• Communication of the Lemonwood brand story in a consistent manner
• Merchandise the store according to Company guidelines and Policies.
• Lead by example to ensure the team provides outstanding customer service.
• Provides sales and product knowledge coaching to the sales associates.
• Builds business relationships with clients.
• Represent the Company vision and articulate the products in a friendly and informative manner.

Business Management
• Maintains and follows visual merchandising standards set by Lemonwood.
• Executes sales directives.
• Understands sense of urgency
• Innovative thinker
• Provides continuous communication and feedback to Director of Operations

People Management

• Training and mentoring staff.
• Create a positive and happy work environment.
• Work as a team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Administrative

• Available for inventory counts as per company policies.
• Attends weekly Store Managers’ Meeting
• Follow all in store transfers as per company policies.
• Abide Company policies regarding maintaining merchandise tagging and or labelling system and controlling damage merchandise.
• Tend to all opening and closing matters in respect of the Summerhill Boutique.
• Replenish inventory when it is sold.
• Maintains a clean and tidy store.
• Follows all Health and Safety protocols, such as reports any accident’s involving staff and or customers.
