Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently hiring experienced Snow Removal Tractor Operators to join our winter operations team. This role involves operating a John Deere 6415 tractor equipped with a rear 3-stage snow blower and an HLA 10/16 snow wing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor and attachments to clear snow from large commercial and government properties.

• Ensure timely and effective snow removal during and after snow events.

• Maintain equipment and report any issues or required maintenance.

• Follow safety protocols and site-specific requirements.

• Respond promptly to call-outs during snowfalls, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating tractors and snow removal equipment required.

• Familiarity with John Deere 6415 or similar models is a strong asset.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

• Ability to work long hours during heavy snowfalls and be available on short notice.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $30/hr. based on experience and skill level.
