Rides Lead

Description:

This is an outdoor position with a lot of customer contact. Our rides & attractions team is primarily responsible for greeting customers, operating the rides, safely loading and unloading the ride and maintaining safety & services standards.

As the Team Lead you will assist with coordinating daily ride assignments and break coverage for all rides team members. You will be responsible for the completion of daily safety standard checks and will provide ongoing coaching to the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure Guest Safety by operating rides in accordance with established safety procedures to ensure the well-being of park visitors
• Conduct safety inspections before each ride cycle to check for any malfunctions or potential hazards
• Enforce Ride Policies
• Ensure Rides Staff follow ride policies
• Operate Ride Controls
• Monitor ride systems and respond quickly to any technical issues or malfunctions
• Load & Unload Guest Safely
• Provide Guest Assistance & Service:
  Assist guests with special needs or concerns, ensuring their safety and enjoyment
• Monitor Ride Capacity
• Collaborate with Team Members
• Lead a team of 20+ employees on a daily basis
• Schedule staff
• Coordinate daily ride assignments of team members
