Description
The Landscapes – Lake of Bays, a fractional ownership resort located in Baysville, Ontario, is looking for a Resort Administrator, effective immediately.
1. The position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring owner and guest satisfaction and the efficient functioning of the resort. Key responsibilities include staff and contractor management, accounting duties and maintaining a high standard of service. Marketing, sales and managing relationships with vendors is also required of the Resort Administrator.
2. All candidates should have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of prior hospitality industry experience along with strong organizational and administrative skills. The Resort Administrator will report directly to senior management. Initial on-site training and orientation will be provided.
3. Compensation for a 37.5-hour work week (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 0.5 hours for lunch) will be commensurate with previous work experience. The work week will be Thursday through Monday.
4. The successful candidate will be required to complete an initial six week probationary period.
