An excellent opportunity is now available for a mature, self-motivated and goal-oriented reservations specialist to join our team to assist guests in planning their cottage vacation.  The Vacation Specialist works with guests and arrange their cottage vacation reservation.

• Efficient and able to manage a high volume of in-bound emails, correspondence and phone calls
• Professional and pleasing phone manner and strong keyboard skills
• Focused, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work
• Strong written and verbal skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy
• Good listening skills essential
• Practical knowledge of internet tools
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willingness to greet walk-in guests and assist with reservations

This highly dynamic position requires reliability and adaptability and includes a wide range of varied duties and tasks.  Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maturity, preferably relevant experience, terrific references, computer skills, and a strong work ethic.  This position includes some weekends and some holidays.
