Job Posting: Reception / Case Aide
Location: Employment North – Gravenhurst Office
Employment North is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused full time Reception/Case Aide to join our team in Gravenhurst. This position requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with people, data, and numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Resource Support: Greet clients, book appointments, assist with resumes, maintain reception area, and ensure resources are available.
- Communications: Monitor and respond to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Community Liaison: Foster positive connections within the Gravenhurst community.
- Job Board: Update and maintain the job board with current opportunities.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain reports and documents for internal use.
- Data Entry & Management: Input and organize information related to Supports, placements, new employer data, and Employment Services cases.
- Office Maintenance: Responsible for opening, closing and ensuring the office is prepared each morning.
- Administrative Support: Take weekly meeting minutes
- Other tasks as needed for support
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email, scheduling).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with people, numbers, and data.
- Previous reception, administrative, or case aide experience is an asset.
