You’ll help us serve our customers by managing prescriptions, assisting with daily pharmacy operations, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. What You’ll Do:

· Greet and assist customers with prescriptions and over-the-counter needs, receive prescriptions from patients, follow provincial legal and regulatory guidelines, and assess each prescription for completeness, including: Name, Address, DOB, Allergies, 3rd Party Information, Any Special Requests, Prescriber, Generic or Brand, and prioritize prescriptions.

· Use Propel Rx Pharmacy Management Software to support daily operations (training provided).

· Process prescriptions accurately under pharmacist supervision, including data entry, price checks, updating patient information, interpreting and processing written prescriptions (Latin abbreviations, drug names, dosage calculations), and managing refills.

· Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims.

· Fill prescriptions, select appropriate products, count or measure, label, and organize for pharmacist review.

· Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly.

· Work with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.

· Maintain inventory and stock medications, helping the Pharmacist keep appropriate stock levels.

· Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards, checking for expired medications monthly, cleaning regularly, and handling returns.

· Perform general housekeeping, stock supplies (vials, labels, bags), keep the dispensary tidy, and maintain a clean, safe work environment as part of the team (including cleaning dishes, trash, and equipment).
