We are immediately hiring a merchandising representative to work with us on our WT team. The programs include Entertainment, Grocery, and Health & Beauty in Walmart & Best Buy. We service many clients such as Movie Studios, Ubisoft, Voortman cookies, Smuckers, Nespresso, and many more clients to come in the future! This is a program that is growing constantly.

You are a person who notices everything. You have a keen eye for detail. You are an independent worker, who enjoys the challenge of working with retail managers ensuring that the client’s brand enjoys maximum exposure. Main responsibilities:

  • Executing in-store program priorities
  • Setting up point of sale material
  • Resets
  • Effectively manage multiple clients at any given time for success.
  • Conducting audits
  • Detailed reporting
  • Managing in-store inventory, stock replenishment, and packing overstock/returns
  • Establishing exceptional working relationships with in-store staff (especially key decision-makers such as store managers
  • Negotiating premier shelf space and front-of-store presence
  • On-going Client Training online and in-field as required.



  • Must be available Tuesday mornings (7:30 a.m. mandatory start) and potentially all other days of the week as well.
  • Possess merchandising experience, retail or customer service role is an asset, however transferable experience will be considered.
  • Must be able to work independently, be highly organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Tech savvy in the ability to understand and effectively utilize Android/ISO applications or Windows-based software including Microsoft Office. Have access to a home Computer/tablet and have WIFI access.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Must be physically able to lift, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
