Currently, we are in search of Line Cooks and Servers to join our team. No prior experience necessary; we are prepared to provide training. Join us in delivering exceptional pub-fare experiences to our patrons.


As a Line Cook, your primary responsibility will be crafting top-notch dishes within a bustling, high-volume kitchen setting. Working alongside our team, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our exacting standards and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and uphold a tidy, orderly, and efficient work area.
  2. Follow precise recipes and presentation guidelines for every dish.
  3. Aid in ingredient preparation, encompassing washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning.
  4. Operate kitchen appliances with care and proficiency, such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
  5. Maintain food quality through vigilant monitoring of cooking times and temperatures.
  6. Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
  7. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  8. Assist in managing inventory and restocking ingredients as required.
  9. Promptly communicate any equipment or ingredient-related concerns to management.



  1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  3. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  4. Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, including specials and beverages.
  5. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  6. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables and service stations.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  9. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  10. Uphold a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.


  1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
