Position: Lead Spray Foam Installer
We're currently seeking a Lead Spray Foam Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, responsible, and prioritizes maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Follow directions from President, GM, Estimator, or Site Foreman
-Install spray foam in walls, ceilings, ductwork, and slabs according to Soundseals standards
-Evaluate job site conditions and prepare work areas safely
-Operate spray foam equipment and tools; troubleshoot issues
-Train assistants and ensure quality control on all spraying done under your supervision
-Set up/take down scaffolding and dispose of waste materials
-Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
-Complete daily job sheets and communicate project updates to the office
-Ensure UFC guidelines are met and job labels are completed
-Maintain strong communication with the team and management
-Assist others when needed

Job Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience on residential or commercial construction projects
-Spray foam licence – UFC or equivalent required
WHMIS and Working at Heights Training (provided if needed)
-Solid understanding of building codes and construction techniques
-Physically fit and able to lift heavy tools/materials
-Detail-oriented and take pride in quality workmanship
-Great communication skills and positive attitude
