Lead Hand

Job Summary
The Lead Hand plays a crucial role in overseeing the job site installations of our docks and lifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership and problem solving skills with a solid understanding of construction processes, including a familiarity with power tools. The Lead Hand will coordinate team members, managing daily tasks and assignments and ensure compliance with company protocols and procedures while maintaining effective communication with clients.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to product guidelines and specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as Jobber to track progress and manage documentation.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets company standards.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to identify areas for improvement or correction.
• Collaborate with management to communicate updates and resolve issues promptly.
