Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to contribute to various tasks on site. While a driver’s license is preferred, we are open to candidates who excel in their work regardless of their driving status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction and renovation tasks
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment provided
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean work environment
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with cottage renovations or new builds is a plus
