Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dependable laborer to join our team in the beautiful Muskoka outdoors. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dock and lift installation and maintenance industry. We offer on-the-job training and competitive hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with dock and lift installations, removals, and maintenance.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Support the lead hand with daily tasks as required.
• Ensure worksites are clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Steel-toe boots required (company attire provided).
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
