Position: Insulation Installer

We’re currently looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Insulation Installer to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with training provided. If you’re looking to build a hands-on career in construction and want to be part of a supportive crew that values teamwork and craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install or replace insulation in homes and buildings

• Remove and dispose of old insulation following safety protocols

• Load and unload insulation materials at the job site

• Install or blow insulation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces

• Measure, cut, and fit insulation around pipes, wires, and framing

• Secure insulation with appropriate fasteners (tape, staples, etc.)

• Transport tools and equipment to job sites

• Follow company and industry safety guidelines at all times

• Clock in and out using the Blip app on your phone

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Familiarity with insulation types and materials 

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Comfort using hand and power tools

• Physically capable of working at heights (WAH training provided if needed)

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Good communication and time management skills

• Valid driver’s license preferred 

Education & Experience

• Previous insulation or construction experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods

• Comfortable working in confined or high spaces

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
