Location: Northridge Inn, 712 S Lake Bernard Rd, Sundridge, Ontario Term: May – October 2025 (Part-Time) Compensation: $17.20–$19/hour (based on experience)

Do you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces? Northridge Inn is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our seasonal team. Nestled in the stunning Almaguin Highlands, our boutique resort thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, and a clean, welcoming environment is at the heart of that. As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in ensuring our rooms and public spaces reflect the charm and care that Northridge is known for.

Role Responsibilities:
● Clean and prepare guest rooms after departures, ensuring they meet resort standards
● Make beds, replace linens and towels, and restock guest amenities (toiletries, coffee, etc.)
● Remove garbage, recycling, and room service trays from rooms and public areas
● Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies and restock carts for daily use
● Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken appliances, burnt-out bulbs, or room damage)
● Respect guests' privacy by adhering to “Do Not Disturb” signs and resort confidentiality standards
● Clean public areas including lobbies, the bridal suite, restaurants, meeting spaces, and outdoor common areas
● Maintain back-of-house spaces like offices, staff areas, and changing rooms
● Regularly clean stairways, hallways, elevators, and other high-traffic areas
● Empty garbage and recycling bins in public spaces throughout the property
● Collaborate with the maintenance team by reporting any damages or safety concerns

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
● A strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
● Ability to work independently and problem-solve when necessary
● Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and manage repetitive tasks like bending and lifting
● Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
● A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the resort
● Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on resort needs
