Head of Garden Maintenance

We are looking for new team members who have landscape maintenance experience and think they have what it takes to run a crew for our award winning company!
Salaries are well above industry average and come with a health/dental/vision benefits package.

We are looking for a person to take over the second garden and maintenance division of our business.

Duties include:
-Lead garden division and managing crew
-Quoting new and potential clients
-Training staff on gardening principles
-Documenting and completing add ons by clients, above and beyond their regularly scheduled maintenance
-Wedding and edging
-Applying fertilizer
-Pruning/ deadheading
-Responsible for submitting paperwork on a timely basis
-Spring and Fall cleanups
-Maintenance and sharpening of equipment
