GENERAL LABOURER/YARD WORKER

Fanotech Manufacturing Corp., a Canadian leader in the manufacture of waste handling equipment is GROWING again to meet high volume demands!

We are currently hiring for a GENERAL LABOURER/YARD WORKER at our Huntsville Facility.  We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and a great work ethic to join our team.

Job Type:  Full Time, Permanent Position

What we are looking for:

GENERAL DUTIES:

• A punctual and dedicated team player
• Forklift and heavy machinery experience an asset
• Unload/Load product from incoming and outbound trucks
• Attention to detail
• Strong Communication and Critical Thinking Skills
• Ensure that the yard is kept clean and organized at all times
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Safety minded; safety boots required

PAINT DEPARTMENT DUTIES:

• To scrape, sand, grind or wipe away imperfections prior to units being primed
• Maintain and clean equipment and spray booth
• Tasks involve standing and physically scraping the exterior of new products
• You will be expected to carry out the duties assigned to you in a competent and efficient manner, meeting quality requirements
• Must be able to use basic power tools and grinder
• Needs to be flexible and able to perform various general labour tasks which may require duties such as moving product, operating a machine, general cleaning and organizing of the work area
