Summary

We are currently seeking a Shop Hand / Paint Prep team member to join our manufacturing facility in Bracebridge, Ontario. In this role, you will be essential in preparing surfaces for painting, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Ensure all materials are ready for the painting process according to specifications.
• Assist in mixing paint and other materials as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during the preparation process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or paint preparation environment is an asset.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
