Full Time Maintenance Position

Position:  Full-time Maintenance

                       75 hours biweekly

Date:  November 5, 2025

Job Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance and repair of equipment
• Ability to complete basic home repairs i.e. sanding/painting/mudding
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, furnace and plumbing repairs, electrical safety, carpentry/painting and use of tool

• Maintaining walkways, entrances from snow/debris
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to be On-Call
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cognitively impaired
• Ability to read/write English and understand oral/written instructions
• Good physical condition - able to squat/lift/carry
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Ability to show support and kindness to our resident population. 

    Residents. Must have empathy for and ability to get along with the elderly.

Covid Booster each year Mandatory. Flu vaccine highly recommended. 

Valid Drivers License Required

Salary:   Start rate $20.50
