Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote SoundSeals Insulation's services. This role will play a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Regularly review and update the company's website content (hosted on Wix) to ensure it's current, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
  • Content Creation: Utilize the Brand Guidelines toolkit to create compelling content across all owned media channels, including a video gallery and LinkedIn.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage persona mapping to identify new promotion opportunities, reference marketing strategies to maximize the use of owned media channels, and manage the creation and distribution of all digital marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company's LinkedIn presence, including organic posting, backlinking to new blog content, engagement, and network building.
  • Client Engagement: Handle inbound messaging communications, follow up on inbound form submissions, and liaise with the sales team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting contractors and other stakeholders using MailChimp, focusing on noteworthy updates and promotions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficient with Wix website management, SEO best practices, and email marketing tools like MailChimp.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn for business, including content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution and analysis.
  • Some travel is required to gather job-site content. Driver's license and transportation is a requirement.
  • Construction and/or insulation knowledge/experience is an asset.
