Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house staff, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Responsibilities

• Assist servers in providing excellent customer service by promptly delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing dishes.
• Help with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards during service.
• Support bartenders with drink orders and maintain the bar area as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels for food and beverage items.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.

Pay: $20.00-$23.89 per hour
