Job Description
Marshall Well Drilling is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Driller to support our licensed well drilling operations. This role offers hands-on experience in water well drilling and is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the drilling industry.
Key Responsibilities

Assist a Licensed Well Driller with drilling water wells

Support installation of well screens, casings, and other well components

Perform routine maintenance on drilling rigs and related equipment

Drive DZ-class vehicles to and from job sites

Assist, as required, with submersible pump installations, well abandonments, and flow rate testing

Work toward obtaining MOECP Well Technician Licence Class 1 and/or Class 4
Qualifications

Valid DZ licence is required

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding, outdoor environment

Schedule
