Overview:
MonuGrid is seeking a proactive and skilled Telemarketer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with telemarketing experience, especially within the cemetery or death care industry. The Telemarketer will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our growth by introducing MonuGrid solutions to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the cemetery and death care industry to generate leads and interest in MonuGrid solutions.
• Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, challenges, and decision-making criteria.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, sales opportunities, and follow-up actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing product information and addressing questions.
• Work closely with the sales team to set appointments and follow up on leads.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback on potential market trends and customer concerns to improve our telemarketing approach.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient time management and meeting performance targets.
