Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in offices and commercial spaces.
We have an on-call cleaning position available, covering multiple sites within the Almaguin district. The available shifts could range from 3-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Potential shifts include day and evening hours. Reliable transportation between locations is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing

Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas

Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper waste disposal

Follow cleaning schedules and client-specific instructions

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies; report any maintenance issues

Comply with health and safety regulations

Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (an asset, required for Sundridge role)
