Please complete the three training courses below. The certifications for AODA and OHWS last 3 years and the WHMIS course for one year. If you have a certification for the more in-depth WHMIS, they are good for 3 years. Send your worker a copy of any of the certificates you have already completed, and you will not need to re-do them.

Each of these online courses offers you the flexibility to complete them at home or in the Employment North office, depending on your preference. Each course lasts approximately 30-45 minutes, allowing you to move through the modules at your own pace. For the AODA and Worker Health and Safety, it is recommended that you take notes on the regulations, mandates and organizational institutions for the quiz at the end. WHMIS will have short quizzes at the end of each section to check your learning and a short exam to complete certification. Ensure you send all of the certificates you complete to your case manager. If you need help or have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.

We are here to support you throughout your training journey.
