Site Supervisor

Eddy’s Demolition & Excavation Ltd. is hiring 1 Site Supervisor for a federal demolition project at 98 Manitoba Street, Bracebridge, ON, under a PSPC contract.

Project: November 2026 to June 2027
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Bracebridge, Ontario

About the Role

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading the demolition crew and overseeing day-to-day site operations for the full duration of the project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the site crew each day
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work site
  • Completing site safety and hazard assessments
  • Supporting and enforcing safe work practices
  • Coordinating daily activities with the Project Manager
  • Helping ensure the project is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • Previous demolition supervision experience
  • Working at Heights certification
  • WHMIS training
  • Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness training
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • The ability to work on site throughout the full project

First Aid/CPR is considered an asset.
