The Role

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Full-Time Retail Associate to independently manage our retail space beginning June 2026.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working autonomously, and being a steady presence in a small but dynamic store environment.

You will be trusted to open and close the store, serve customers, and ensure the space reflects Hale’s elevated yet welcoming aesthetic each day.

Responsibilities

• Independently open and close the retail store
• Provide exceptional, friendly customer service
• Operate point-of-sale system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store
• Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
• Assist with receiving and processing new product shipments
• Support seasonal transitions and in-store merchandising updates
• Ensure daily sales procedures and end-of-day reconciliation are completed accurately

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Retail experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Must have own transportation
• Available to work weekends
