Maintenance Person Contract

MAINTENANCE PERSON CONTRACT

for the South River-Machar Medical Centre, 140 Ottawa Av, South River, ON

Contractor will maintain the premises with handyman services of the highest standard, as outlined in the description of services in Appendix A. Available from the Township.

Contractor is responsible for own insurance and WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board coverage). Contractor will provide proof of same, as required by the Medical Board.

Qualified contractors should contact the Township of Machar for details. Maintenance Person Contract must be submitted in a clearly marked, sealed envelope to the Township of Machar by 3 pm on Mon, Oct 19, 2026.
