Community Home for Opportunity

Our CHO home is a long-standing, well-respected, supportive housing home in the Bracebridge community, proudly operating since 1997. We are known for providing a safe, stable, and respectful home for adults living with mental health challenges.

We are currently looking for a compassionate, reliable Support Staff member to join our team and help create a truly supportive, home-like environment where residents feel valued, encouraged, and empowered.

What You Will Do

• Support residents in their daily routines and activities of daily living
• Administer and document medications
• Prepare and cook meals for residents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and structured home environment
• Complete daily logs, reports, and required documentation
• Provide emotional support and encouragement in a respectful, person-centered way
• Assist residents with arranging appointments when needed
• Use a kind, supportive approach to encourage participation, independence, and confidence

Schedule

• 2 days per week
  Every other weekend is required
• Occasional evenings and overnights

Requirements

First Aid & CPR

: Experience is aton Check

Experience is an asset, but not required - we welcome those with the right attitude and approach
