Employment Type: Seasonal (July – November)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Starting Wage: $22.00 per hour

Cottage Lifts Solutions Inc. is looking for a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our growing team for the 2026 season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, likes hands-on work, and wants to develop valuable skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, equipment, and materials.
- Assist with concrete mixing and general site preparation.
- Operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the installation and assembly of incline lift systems.
- Help with painting, cutting metal, and other fabrication tasks.
- Perform general labour duties as required on various job sites.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Support skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation to Home Depot in Bracebridge for the daily 8:00 a.m. crew meet-up.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willing and able to work at heights.
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience using hand tools is considered an asset.
- A valid Working at Heights certification is an asset, but not required. Successful candidates who do not have this certification will receive employer-paid training.
