Job Summary
We are seeking 2–3 enthusiastic and reliable Servers/Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidates are personable, attentive, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and regulations
- Ensure guests’ needs are met, including accommodating dietary restrictions or preferences
- Process payments and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining room, and service areas
- Assist with monitoring inventory and restocking bar and service supplies as needed
- Verify identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a serving and/or bartending role
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant setting
- Physically active role requiring standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods
Schedule
- Morning, day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required
