About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hard-working laborer to join our construction team. North-Tech Stone & Tile specializes in tile work and bathroom remodeling. This is a hands-on role that's key to keeping our job sites running smoothly — and a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow, learn valuable skills, and build a career in the flooring trade, including concrete polishing and epoxy application.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks and materials
- Operation of hand tools
- Assisting with concrete polishing and epoxy flooring installation
- General labor duties on job sites as required
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Assisting tradespeople as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence — required
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour
- Comfortable operating hand tools
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Well groomed, neat professional appearance
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed (most work is indoor, residential/commercial settings)
- Prior construction/labor experience an asset but not required
- Interest in learning the flooring trade (concrete polishing, epoxy application)
