Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to support commercial cleaning services in offices and buildings across Sundridge, Powassan, and Callander.
The position is 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, typically scheduled between 4:30 PM and 8:30 PM (exact timing may vary depending on site). Additional hours may be available on an occasional basis.
Key Responsibilities
- General commercial cleaning (offices and buildings)
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Trash and recycling removal
- Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Window and surface cleaning
- Following cleaning schedules and client instructions
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
- Adhering to all health and safety standards
- Providing professional and respectful customer service
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Reliable transportation and Valid driver’s license is essential (mileage and travel time may be compensated depending on assignment)
