Carpenter

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. Your expertise will help bring building projects to life with precision and craftsmanship. Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
• Construct frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using wood, concrete forms, drywall, siding, and other materials.
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks to create durable foundations and structures.
• Install siding, drywall, doors, windows, and other fixtures with precision.
• Conduct restoration work on existing structures by replacing damaged components or updating finishes.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean job site.

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including woodworking, drywall installation, siding application, and concrete forming.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and welding equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics.
• Familiarity with construction processes including concrete finishing and restoration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow detailed instructions.
