General Labourer

Duties

• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for all team members
• Perform general site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the workspace tidy and safe
• Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision, such as forklifts or hand tools
• Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and tracking materials used

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is advantageous
• Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
