HVAC Helper – Immediate Start

Bridlewood Mechanical is a growing HVAC company serving the Muskoka area, and we are looking for a motivated HVAC Helper to join our team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in the HVAC trade. Candidates do not need to hold an HVAC license; however, those currently working toward a license or already possessing one will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and service work
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Learn and develop skills within the HVAC trade

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction
• Self-motivated, reliable, and driven
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites with clean drivers abstract
• Available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work available

Position Details

• Immediate start
• Minimum of 30 hours per week
• Hours may vary depending on workload and project schedules
• Position runs through the fall season, with the possibility of extension into full-time or part-time employment
• Starting wage depends on experience
