Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow with a supportive and expanding healthcare team? Northern Podology is seeking a Full-Time, Permanent Office Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our busy clinic.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡:
• Welcoming clients and processing transactions
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks
• Order processing and inventory management
• Assisting with social media accounts
• Helping maintain a clean, professional clinic environment
• Supporting various business and operational activities

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, reception, office coordination, customer service, or healthcare experience required
• Experience with scheduling, client communication, and computer-based office systems is considered a strong asset
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is preferred
