Parts Advisor

$20–$23 an hour

Muskoka Chrysler is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing dealership team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing automotive parts
• Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
• Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization in the parts department
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver friendly, professional service to both retail and internal customers

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is an asset (but not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
