As the Adult Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management and efficient operation of the Supported Independent Living and Residential programs in Sundridge. In this role, you will provide leadership to staff and oversee the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of service delivery.

This position offers an annual salary range of $67,500 to $75,500, with placement within the range determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package includes a group pension plan and compensation in lieu of benefits. Hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule (one weekend in four). Travel within the local area is required.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Degree or Diploma in the Human Services field (or equivalent)
• A strong vision of community inclusion for all people

• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of the Developmental Services Sector & related initiatives
• Ability to balance competing priorities
• Ability to work independently & take initiative

• Valid driver’s license & a reliable vehicle
• Experience working/managing in a unionized environment
• Two years’ supervisory experience would be an asset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
