Ideal candidates have retail experience, a clean driving record, and a positive attitude. We are a family business who treats all employees as family, hours may vary and can be flexible but afternoons and most Saturdays will be required.
Seeking an individual who considers themselves a creative, has a passion for gardening and getting dirty, shows exemplary customer service skills and has good computer knowledge.
We are an all-inclusive employer and invite all persons including students to apply! We are committed to paying a living wage – hourly rate will commensurate with experience.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Must be ok with dirt under their fingernails and sap on their clothing.
Knowledge of plant care and flowers a plus!
Must have a proven ability to listen and help EVERY customer with patience and understanding.
Must be available to work Tuesday- Saturday.
