Duties & Qualifications:

All Ontario Recycling is the largest metal recycler in Muskoka. We are currently seeking an energetic and safety minded Torch Cutter to join the ever-growing team at our busy Port Sydney yard. Previous experience (2-3 years) is a must and the ability to operate heavy equipment is a definite asset. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate Oxy-Propane Torch
  • Cut different types of scrap metal around the yard
  • Cut heavy equipment and vehicles when necessary
  • Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment
  • Maintain clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Safety Minded
  • 2-3 years’ experience
