| Duties & Responsibilities: Camper & Staff Duties ● Work day shifts & night shifts ● Mental health support for campers and staff as needed ● Crisis response & intervention ● Resources to support mental health training, policies and procedures at camp |
Requirements:
| Qualifications & Experience: ● Mental Health Certificate or equivalent ● Counseling/therapy background ● CYW or other support worker ● Work or volunteer experience and genuine interest in working with youth with complex needs ● Friendly and personable with strong communication skills adaptable to both children and adults ● Willingness to obtain CPI training (provided by Camp Winston) ● Willingness to abide with Public Health recommendations and standards ● Proof of current vaccinations, including COVID-19 ● Satisfactory police record and vulnerable sector check ● Strong communication skills ● Ability to resolve conflict and work with a variety of personalities ● Ability to set and achieve team goals ● Collaborative relationship-builder ● Insurable licensed driver with a clean driver abstract |
