Maintenance Team

Qualifications & Experience:

● You enjoy being outdoors, like to laugh and understand fun and silliness are
fundamentals of a Summer Camp
● Willingness to abide with Public Health recommendations and standards
● Proof of current vaccinations, including COVID-19
● Satisfactory police record and vulnerable sector check
● Strong communication skills
● Collaborative relationship-builder

● Ability to operate small machinery and perform the following tasks (eg. Mow the law, trim weeds,
power wash property, blow leaves, debris, water plants etc.)
● Daily Large Animal care (feed, walk, water replenishment)
● Assisting with gardens and small animal care(feeding,water,cleaning cages)
● Minor mechanical repair
● Maintaining the laundry room and assist care providers/housekeeping with emergency laundry for campers
● Stock bathrooms on-site with supplies as needed
● Daily removal and collection of garbage and recycling
● Ability to lift materials approximately 50 – 75 lbs
● Painting and small carpentry skills
● Sweeping and mopping duties as assigned
● Assist in the moving of furniture, boats, canoes and other items around camp
● Other duties as assigned by Head of Site.
