Duties & Qualifications:
| The gardener will be involved in all tasks related to the maintenance of gardens-Spring and Fall clean up, fertilizing, weeding, pruning and deadheading, mulching and amending existing gardens, planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees, creating new gardens, grass cutting, natural pest control
Help conduct daily inspections on vehicle, tools, and equipment and perform the required maintenance Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis Comply with all company policies and regulations Communicate with customers and crew members in a polite and courteous manner |
Requirements:
| Able to perform physical work
Detail oriented Strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated Respectful Work outdoors in various conditions Flexible working hours Valid driver’s license |
