Inside Sales Person

Hours of Work: 44 hours per week

Wages: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week, based on experience. (+ Incentives and Manuflife Benefit Plan)

Duties & Qualifications:

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service;

Assists in the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy;

Track all Sales Calls received in the ZOHO Leads Management system
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing an in-store sale resulting in an increase of market share;

Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to meet their needs;
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including closed sales, and follow-up activities with customers;
Provide needed expertise re upscale hardware, including the ordering as required;
Gathers and submits detailed purchase requests from customers and provides information to the purchasing department for ordering.
Assist the Renovation Sales Agent with quotes when needed
Attends meetings, training sessions, etc., as required

Requirements:

Experience in Construction or Sales an asset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work respectfully and co-operatively with others.
